Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information

TankPerks does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not sell the personal information of anyone under 21. We share limited information with tobacco manufacturers and their agents (including Altria Group Distribution Company, AGDC), participating retailers, and service providers solely to deliver assigned offers and to reconcile manufacturer-funded discounts — not for their own advertising.

Opt out of “sharing”

Even though we do not sell your data, California law lets you opt out of any disclosure that could be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can submit a request below, or email privacy@tankperks.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will confirm your identity using the phone number associated with your account.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize the Global Privacy Control signal. If you visit our site with a browser or extension that sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing for that browser, without any further action from you.
