Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TankPerks, a fuel and convenience-store rewards program operated by AMS IT Solutions, Inc. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use TankPerks. We may verify your age and identity, and we may refuse or revoke access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

The rewards program

• Your mobile number is your rewards ID. Give it (or scan your code) at the register to apply eligible offers.
• Offers are personalized, may require qualifying purchases, and are subject to availability, minimums, and expiration.
• Discounts are applied at checkout by the participating store. TankPerks does not sell products in the app.
• Offers have no cash value and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Age-restricted (tobacco) offers

Certain offers relate to age-restricted products, including tobacco and nicotine products, and are made available only to age- and identity-verified adults 21+. Applicable health warnings apply. Nothing in the app obligates you to purchase any product, and we do not encourage tobacco use.

Your account & messaging

Keep your account and device secure. By providing your number you consent to receive one-time sign-in codes and transactional messages; standard message & data rates may apply. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
